| Peng Chen, IEEE member, CCF member, CAAI member, received B.E. degree in computer science and technology from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, M.Sc. degree in computer software and theory from Peking University and Ph.D. in computer science and technology from Sichuan University. He is currently a full professor with School of Computer and Software Engineering, Xihua University. His research interests include cloud/edge computing, machine learning and time series analysis. |

| - 16-year working experience including 8-year senior management in Information Technology Industry in Samsung, Nortel, Motorola, etc before 2019. - From then on, he is a full professor in School of Computer and Software Engineering, Xihua University. - From Dec. 2020 to Dec.2021, he is a visiting scholar in University of Amsterdam. |
