| 刘冰，博士，2023年12月毕业于西南交通大学，获工学博士学位，主要研究方向为面向现代通信和物联网的新型伪随机序列设计、新型纠错编码设计，在信息安全领域发表学术论文7篇，成果发表于IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems、SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences等SCI期刊以及国际会议。 |
