工作以来一直从事教育工作，热爱党的教育事业，以教书育人为己任。在带领学生进行科学研究的过程中，注重培养学生严谨的科研素养和独立思考问题、解决问题的能力，培养的硕士研究生有多人攻读博士学位。

主讲：线性代数、概率论与数理统计，指导研究生学术讨论。

获得2009-2011年度“四川省高等学校优秀共产党员”称号。
