周倩

个人简介

2020年毕业于四川大学化学学院,获理学博士学位。主要从事生物荧光探针的设计、合成及应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,四川省自然科学基金面上项目1项,在Anal. Chem.、Chem. Commun.、Org. Chem. Front.、Chin. Chem. Lett. 等国际知名刊物发表SCI收录学术论文20余篇,获授权国家发明专利 4 项。

研究方向

主要从事领域为荧光探针与生物成像,通过有机合成、结构调控构建新型荧光探针,用于生物重大事件、重大疾病中的分子过程研究,包括
(1)活性小分子的实时、原位、定量探测,如活性氧、活性硫、金属物种、微量元素等

(2)生物大分子检测,如核酸、蛋白、酶等,尤其是表观遗传相关修饰碱基的定量、测序

(3)亚细胞结构荧光标记与特殊微环境显像,如线粒体、溶酶体、内质网等细胞器,或pH、黏度、极性等特殊微环境
