获取两轮车（特别是电动自行车）驾驶人驾驶行为数据，分析不当驾驶行为与事故之间的关联，评估两轮车驾驶人驾驶行为对交通安全与效率的影响，推断电动自行车的道路交通属性。
（2）特定两轮车驾驶人群体的不当驾驶行为
关注外卖员等特定两轮车驾驶人群体的不当驾驶行为，分析其行为动因，为特定驾驶人群体的驾驶行为干预措施及政策提供建议。
