陈鹏飞

个人简介

主要从事食品功能因子纳米递送体系、生物医用功能材料、食品营养等方面的研究工作。迄今为止,主持及主研省科技厅科研项目3项、多项企业合作研发项目。以第一作者发表SCI论文多篇;以第一申请人申请发明专利1项;参与编写国家级规划教材1本。
