2023年12月毕业于吉林大学食品科学与工程学院,2024年7月入职西华大学食品与生物工程学院,致力于食品营养与健康的研究。

研究方向

主要进行食品中天然植物黄酮芹菜素及人参皂苷的营养干预研究,旨在评价和解析这些食品功能因子改善肝损伤的作用及其分子机制。
