教学工作

主讲本科生《酶工程》《生化工程》《生化分离工程》《细胞生物学》《生物反应工程》《食品化学》《细胞工程》,研究生《食品酶学》《高级食品化学》课程。承担研究生以及本科生课程校级教改项目3项。


指导本科生发表论文被《化工进展》期刊选为优秀论文,参加科技部发起的精品期刊顶尖论文平台展--领跑者 5000项目展。指导本科生获得全国大学生生命科学竞赛三等奖3次,省赛一等奖2次和二等奖1次。本课题组常年接受本科生进行创新实践活动。
