Dr. Jincen Xiao is currently an Assistant professor of Department of Strategic Human Resource Management at Xihua University. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics(2020), and he was also a visiting scholar at the Memorial University of Newfoundland(2019). His research interests include leadership, human resource management, leadership. organizational citizenship behavior, worplace incivility and innovation.
